The Automatic Wafer Stick Machine as the main unit in Wafer Stick Production has the main function of processing Baking, Rolling, Filling, and Cutting in one single automatic process.
Through the flexibility of innovation, this machine can produce various colors of Wafer Sticks (2 colors, 3 colors, 4 colors) with various types of filling cream (full filling, spiral filling, and inner coating filling) that will provide added value on client’s product in the market.
Sanco Indonesia always plays the key player in innovating and improving the technology in Wafer Stick Machinery. We are in advance in providing a high quality of machine with high efficiency of production cost and high speed of capacity.
Our Wafer Stick Machine has CE Certification as our true commitment to our customers to provide equipment with high-quality standard.
All of the Motors in our machine use European brand which guarantees high speed, strong, and durability performance. Our electricity system is using Japan’s brand which gives the most updated technology and responsive electrical support for our mechanical system during the production process.
We also ensure our equipment’s component is made by “Food Grade” material in order to guarantee all of our equipment is safety for food production.
Currently we have 4 types of Wafer Stick Machine with different capacities:
- KWS 2 Ribbon, capacity 180 – 200 pcs/minute
- KWS 3 Ribbon, capacity 270 – 300 pcs/minute
- KWS 4 Ribbon, capacity 360 – 400 pcs/minute
- KWS 6 Ribbon, capacity 540 – 600 pcs/minute

Arcan Chocolate Tempering Machine ensures the tempered chocolate to be at higher temperatures comparing with the usual tempering machines. By this way, it provides easier running for your chocolate coating and dosing machines.
The machine is equipped with its own water circulation system. Due to its sensitive heat control system, it provides a perfect crystallization. Through the isolation between heating and cooling sections, it provides a sharp heat difference between the sections. It has a short running-up time. Equipped with its own chocolate pump.
