Hot Air based Single or Multi-Pass Belt Dryer for Extruded Snacks:

Available in a single or multi-pass belt drying system.
Heating option available as Gas or Thermic Fluid.
Individual motors are used in a multi-deck system to control dwell time.
Air distribution across the length & width of the belt using duct & baffle plates.
Filtration is used while circulating hot air within the system to maintain efficiency.
A dual fan is used for air distribution.
Exhaust fan for the removal of moist air.
Hand liver-operated, adjustable flap plates are used to control air volume at different decks.
Safety interlocks between the conveyor and the heating system, and later between the heating system to air blower.
